Unloda was built with privacy as its foundation. We believe your private thoughts should remain private. This policy explains what data we collect, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address (for account recovery and notifications)
  • Encrypted password hash (we never store plain text passwords)
  • Subscription status

Entry Content

All entry content (text, voice recordings, videos) is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption before leaving your device. We store only the encrypted data. We do NOT have the ability to decrypt or read your entries.

Metadata

  • Entry creation timestamps
  • Mood selections (optional)
  • Delete timer settings
  • Entry type (text/voice/video)

How We Protect Your Data

  • End-to-End Encryption: Entry content is encrypted on your device before transmission
  • Zero-Knowledge Architecture: We cannot decrypt your entries
  • Secure Infrastructure: All data is stored on encrypted servers
  • Automatic Deletion: Entries are permanently deleted according to your timer settings
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We never sell or share your data with advertisers

Data Retention

Your encrypted entries are stored until their auto-delete timer expires or you manually delete them. Once deleted, entries are permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.

Account information is retained while your account is active. You can request complete account deletion at any time.

Cookies and Analytics
